Oulu College of Services is a private professional College where the owner is a supporting association, The Local League of Oulu Martta Association. (An association formed after the War to promote the well-being of the families)

As a private college we are able to offer individual tuition with equal social benefits as other vocational upper secondary colleges. The number of students is 170 and that of staff 20. The location of the College is near the central Oulu, Teuvo Pakkalan Katu 15.
